Refund and Exchanges Policy

Joélle unfortunately does not offer refunds or exchanges due to operating via made to order. However, we do offer exchanges if the order has been received if faulty.
You can exchange faulty items within 14 days after you have received your item and has to be the same item you have purchased before. 


To get an exchange on your faulty item, please contact to us via email info@joélle.com.

Full Name
Email Address used to make the purchase
Order number
Image of the fault 

You'll be given further instructions via email on how and where to send the package. 
 Posting and packaging costs is at the responsibility of the customer. 
Please look at our size guide and measurements properly to ensure that you purchase the correct size. If you are concerned for sizes please, don't hesitate to reach out, we are happy to help!
